FAQs
Why can’t I order a personalized formula?
We closed our US subscription service in September 2026, so we’re not taking any new formula
requests at the moment. We know this may be disappointing news. Our full range of routine essentials is
still available to shop, while stocks last.
Is Dermatica closing for good?
Dermatica US will close permanently on December 16, 2026, and no further orders will be fulfilled
after that date. Dermatica will still be available in other countries.
Will my subscription cancel automatically?
Yes. If you don’t cancel in advance, your subscription will be automatically cancelled when
Dermatica closes before December 16, 2026.
Can I pause my subscription now and restart it before closure?
We aren’t taking on any new personalized formulas, so if you choose to pause,
you won’t be able to restart.
Can I still receive support after Dermatica US closes?
After the service closes, we’ll no longer be able to provide clinical support. For any questions about
your treatment, side effects or medication, please reach out to your primary care provider, dermatologist, or
another licensed healthcare professional. They'll be able to support your skin health going forward.
I rely on Dermatica to keep my skin clear. What should I do next?
We understand, and we’re sorry we can’t help you further. For any questions about your treatment, side
effects or medication, please reach out to your primary care provider, dermatologist, or another licensed
healthcare professional. They'll be able to support your skin health going forward.
Do I need to do anything to get my refund?
If you’ve paid in advance for a subscription that we’re unable to send, or we can’t fulfill any other order
you’ve made, your refund will be processed automatically after Dermatica closes. You don’t need to do anything.
Can I still access my order records?
You can still see your order history through your personal dashboard, or contact us for any further information.
What happens to my data?
Data will be held in line with normal data retention for a period of 10 years. This is to comply
with medical record regulations and potential lawsuits. Data will not be processed for anything else and
will be held securely until it meets the deletion threshold.
